How long does wise tax keep tax information on file?

As long as the tax return was submitted through Wise Tax, we will keep it for 3 years. Everything else is deleted.

What are my refund & Payment options?

Your refund can be directly deposited to your bank (we highly recommend). The payment options are pay once we start filing taxes or pay once you are paid.

What is simple tax and how complex does taxes become?

Simple tax is having a few employers who give you a W-2 form. It becomes complex when you have other source of income such as rental property or a few businesses. Our rate start at $120 flat and plus.

what is the process of getting taxes filed if i have rental properties and multiple businesses?

We would request previous copies of tax returns to ensure we are getting the maximum tax deductions. We recommend the last two years and the first year doing taxes with us will take a little longer but it will become easy transition moving forward. We will also teach and provide resources to keep clean books or also provide book keeping services.
